摘 要:文章实证分析了社会资本、劳动士气及其影响机制。在现阶段,社会资本较为丰富,企业员工劳动士气高昂。劳动士气的结构层次由群体凝聚士气、单位发展士气和个人奉献士气组成,高昂的劳动士气具有相当的普遍性。社会资本对劳动士气产生显著的正向影响,但因资本类别而存在差异。其影响机制是人际信任、规范遵守和关系网络之间的强化作用显著地增加了个体间的合作行为,并以此为中介,显著地提升了劳动士气。This paper empirically analyzes social capital,labor morale,and their impact mechanisms.At this stage,social capital is relatively rich,and the labor morale of enterprise employees is high.The structural level of labor morale consists of group cohesion morale,unit development morale,and individual dedication morale.High labor morale is quite universal.Social capital has a significant positive impact on labor morale,but there are differences depending on thecapital type.The impact mechanism is that the reinforcement between interpersonal trust,norm compliance,and relationship network significantly increases cooperative behavior among individuals,and as a mediator,significantly improves labor morale.
