基于尤昭玲“卵膜论”探析针灸对穴的临床调治策略

摘　　要：尤昭玲认为“卵系生殖之精,膜系生殖之床”,卵泡与子宫内膜发育兼容同步,是生殖之薪火源泉,并针对卵、膜发育异步和异变,创新性地提出“卵膜论”。其包含“调泡八法”:大则敛泡、小则扩泡、快则减速、慢则加速、多则灭泡、少则增泡、扁则充泡和位异移泡;“调膜十法”:病则疗膜、压则松膜、厚则敛膜、薄则增膜、断则修膜、缺则补膜、僵则动膜、乱则抚膜、阻则宣膜和失则润膜。基于尤昭玲独创的“卵膜论”,抓住疾病核心病机,强调“取穴如用兵”,应用“对穴”作为精简取穴与合理配伍的方法,探析针灸调治卵泡和内膜异变的策略,为临床运用提供思路及参考。Professor YOU Zhaoling believes that"the follicle is the essence of reproduction and the membrane is the bed of reproduction",and that the follicle and endometrium development are compatible and synchronized,and is the source of reproduction vitality.She innovatively put forward the theory of"regulating follicle and endometrium"in view of the asynchronous and abnormal development of follicle and endometrium.This theory includes the"eight methods for regulating follicles,"which are to converge the follicles if they are large,expand them if they are small,decelerate them if they are fast,accelerate them if they are slow,destroy them if they are many,increase them if they are few,fill them if they are flat and shift them if they are move.Additionally,the"ten methods for regulating endometrium"include healing the endometrium if they are sick,loosening them if they are pressed,shrinking them if they are thick,increasing them if they are thin,repairing them if they are broken,filling them if they are missing,and moving them if they are stiff,smoothing them if they are disorde,diffusing them if they are block and moistening them if they are lost.Based on Prof.YOU Zhaoling's original theory of"regulating follicle and endometrium",the core pathogenesis of diseases is targeted,and the"selecting acupoints is like using soldiers" is emphasized as a method for simplifying acupoint selection and rational pairing. The strategies for acupuncture treatment of follicular and endometrial abnormalities are analyzed, providing ideas and references for clinical application.
