叶天士与柳宝诒伏温思想的异同比较

摘　　要：基于“伏寒化温”学说,通过研究叶天士与柳宝诒主要著作中伏气温病的内容,比较两者对伏气温病的病因、发病、辨证、治法、方药认识的异同。病因方面,两者皆从邪伏少阴说,发病认识存在内外之分;辨证方面,两者均重视伏气温病的鉴别诊断,叶天士从临证角度将伏气温病辨证分型,柳宝诒从寒温统一角度出发,重视六经及兼症;治法方面,两者均重视顾护津液,叶天士治以“清、养”并以清热逐邪为先,柳宝诒治以“清、养、透、托”并强调育阴扶正;在遣方用药上,两者对黄芩汤、伏温中后期的用药及助阳之品的运用有较大差异。Based on the theory of"latent cold transforming into warm",by studying the contents of hidden exogenous seasonal disease in YE Tianshi and LIU Baoyi's main works,the similarities and differences of the etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation,treatment and prescription of hidden exogenous seasonal disease were compared.It is found that both of them have internal and external differences in pathogenesis understanding from pathogenic factors.In terms of syndrome differentiation,both of them paid attention to the differential diagnosis of hidden exogenous seasonal disease.YE Tianshi differentiated hidden exogenous seasonal disease from the clinical perspective,and LIU Baoyi paid attention to the six meridians and comorbidities from the perspective of the unity of cold and temperature.In terms of treatment,both of them attach importance to protecting body fluid.YE Tianshi's treatment takes"clearing and nourishing"and clearing heat and expelling evil as the first,LIU Baoyi"clearing,nourishing,penetrating and supporting"and emphasizes nourishing yin and strengthening the body.In terms of prescription medication,there are great differences in the use of Huangqin decoction(黄芩汤)and Chinese herbal medicine for invigorating yang.
