健脾益肺合剂治疗慢阻肺缓解期患者中的应用效果及对肺功能的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨健脾益肺合剂在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(简称慢阻肺)缓解期患者中的应用价值。方法:选择2019年3月至2022年2月我院收治的慢阻肺缓解期患者60例。按随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各30例。对照组采用布地奈德治疗,研究组采用健脾益肺合剂治疗,两组均治疗4周。对比分析两组临床疗效、免疫球蛋白(Ig)、肺功能、不良反应。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组IgA为(3.01±0.31)g/L、IgG为(15.84±1.56)g/L、IgM为(1.59±0.27)g/L及用力肺活量(FVC)为(2.73±0.25)L、最大呼气流速(PEF)为(3.48±0.45)L/s、第1s用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))为(1.98±0.34)L、FEV_(1)/FVC为(72.53±3.54)%,高于对照组的(2.65±0.34)g/L、(13.07±1.39)g/L、(1.34±0.21)g/L、(2.51±0.27)L、(2.95±0.40)L/s、(1.69±0.27)L、(67.33±4.08)%、(4.78±0.45)L/s,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗期间均未出现不良反应。结论:健脾益肺合剂能够有效促进慢阻肺缓解期患者肺功能恢复,改善机体免疫功能,疗效显著且安全性高。Objective:To explore the application value of Jianpi Yifei mixture in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in remission.Methods:60 patients with COPD in remission from March 2019 to February 2022 were selected.They were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 30 cases each.The control group was treated with budesonide,and the study group was treated with Jianpi Yifei mixture.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,immunoglobulin(Ig),lung function and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 93.33%,which was higher than 73.33%in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the IgA,IgG,IgM,forced vital capacity(FVC),peak expiratory flow(PEF),forced expiratory volume(FEV_(1)),forced expiratory volume(FEV_(1))and FEV_(1)/FVC of the study group were(3.01±0.31)g/L,(15.84±1.56)g/L,(1.59±0.27)g/L,(2.73±0.25)L,(3.48±0.45)L/s,(1.98±0.34)L and(72.53±3.54)%,respectively,higher than those of the control group(2.65±0.34)g/L,(13.07±1.39)g/L,(1.34±0.21)g/L,(2.51±0.27)L,(2.95±0.40)L/s,(1.69±0.27)L,(67.33±4.08)%,(4.78±0.45)L/s,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There were no adverse reactions during treatment in both groups.Conclusion:Jianpi Yifei Mixture can effectively promote the recovery of lung function and improve the immune function of patients with COPD in the remission stage,with significant curative effect and high safety.
