无痛蜂疗法联合HAART治疗脾肾两虚型AIDS患者的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨无痛蜂疗法联合HAART治疗脾肾两虚型艾滋病(AIDS)患者的临床疗效。方法:选择2020年5月至2022年7月我院收治的80例AIDS患者随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组应用HAART治疗,观察组在对照组基础上应用无痛蜂疗法联合治疗。比较两组治疗效果;比较两组治疗前后免疫功能与生存质量。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为92.50%,高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后3个月,观察组细胞免疫指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后3个月,观察组心理、生理、环境、社会关系项目评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:无痛蜂疗法联合HAART治疗脾肾两虚型AIDS患者的临床效果较好,可显著改善患者免疫功能,提升其近期生存质量,值得推广应用。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of painless bee therapy combined with HAART in the treatment of spleen-kidney deficiency AIDS patients.Methods:80 cases of AIDS patients admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to July 2022 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated with HAART,and the observation group was treated with painless bee therapy combined with the control group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.The immune function and quality of life before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was 92.50%,which was higher than that of control group(75.00%)(P<0.05).At 3 months after treatment,the cellular immune indexes of observation group were better than control group(P<0.05).At 3 months after treatment,the scores of psychological,physiological,environmental and social relation items in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Painless bee therapy combined with HAART in the treatment of spleen-kidney deficiency AIDS patients has good clinical effect,can significantly improve the immune function of patients,improve their short-term quality of life,worthy of promotion and application.
