微小病变型肾病患者血清IL-33、Treg含量与24h尿蛋白的相关性

摘　　要：目的:探究微小病变型肾病(MCNS)患者血清白介素-33(IL-33)、调节性T细胞(Treg)含量与24h尿蛋白定量的相关性。方法:研究对象选自我院2020年1月至2021年12月间收治的MCNS患者80例作为研究组,同期选取80例健康体检者作为对照组。比较两组患者肾功相关指标及IL-33、Treg含量,并分析外周血CD4^(+)CD25^(+)Foxp3^(+)T及IL-33与24h尿蛋白定量的相关性。结果:两组患者的肌酐、尿素氮比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组的24h尿蛋白定量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的IL-33含量高于对照组,CD4^(+)CD25^(+)Foxp3^(+)T含量低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson分析显示,外周血IL-33与24h尿蛋白定量呈正相关(r=0.73,P<0.05),外周血CD4^(+)CD25^(+)Foxp3^(+)T与24h尿蛋白定量呈负相关(r=-0.58,P<0.05)。结论:MCNS患者中Treg呈低表达水平,IL-33呈高表达水平,二者分别与24h尿蛋白定量呈负相关及正相关,二者介导该疾病的发生发展。Objective:To investigate the correlation between serum interleukin-33(IL-33),regulatory T cells(Treg)and 24-hour urine protein quantification in patients with minimal change nephropathy(MCNS).Methods:80 patients with MCNS admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study group,and 80 healthy subjects were selected as the control group.The renal function related indexes and the contents of IL-33 and Treg were compared between the two groups,and the correlation between peripheral blood CD4^(+)CD25^(+)Foxp3^(+)T and IL-33 and 24 h urine protein quantification was analyzed.Results:There was no significant difference in creatinine and urea nitrogen between the two groups(P>0.05).The 24 h urine protein quantification in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The content of IL-33 in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the content of CD4^(+)CD25^(+)Foxp3^(+)T was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Pearson analysis showed that peripheral blood IL-33 was positively correlated with 24 h urinary protein(r=0.73,P<0.05),and peripheral blood CD4^(+)CD25^(+)Foxp3^(+)T was negatively correlated with 24h urinary protein(r=-0.58,P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression level of Treg in MCNS patients is low,and the expression level of IL-33 is high.The two are negatively correlated and positively correlated with 24 h urine protein quantification,respectively,and the two mediate the occurrence and development of the disease.
