乙二醇二缩水甘油醚在茜草染料对棉织物交联染色中的应用

摘  要:为提升天然茜草染料对棉织物染色性能,将乙二醇二缩水甘油醚(EGDE)作为交联剂用于茜草染料对棉织物的交联染色。以染后织物表面色深值(K/S)为指标,改变染料质量分数、交联剂浓度、焙烘温度以及染液pH,得到最优工艺。采用傅立叶变换红外光谱分析了交联染色织物结构,并测试了织物的各项性能。结果表明,交联染色最优条件为染料质量分数4%、交联剂浓度0.2 mol/L、焙烘温度130℃、染液pH 8.5。与直接染色相比,交联染色后棉织物的色相没有变化,K/S提高了4.94,表面K/S标准偏差接近零,匀染性优异。交联染色织物的耐摩擦、耐洗以及耐日晒牢度均增加了2~3级。表明交联染色较好地保持了棉织物的物理性能,染色性能得到有效提升。To improve the dyeing performance of natural madder dyes on cotton fabrics,ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether(EGDE)was used as a crosslinking agent for the crosslinking dyeing of madder dyes.Using the surface color depth(K/S)of the dyed fabric as an indicator,the optimal process was obtained by changing the dye mass fraction,crosslinking agent concentration,baking temperature,and pH of the dye solution.The structure of cross linked dyed fabric was analyzed by FT-IR,and its various properties were tested.The results showed that the optimal conditions for crosslinking dyeing were as follows:dye content of 4%,crosslinking agent concentration of 0.2 mol/L,baking temperature of 130℃and dye solution pH of 8.5.Compared with direct dyeing,the color phase of cotton fabric after crosslinking dyeing has no significant change.K/S increased by 4.94 and a surface K/S standard deviation close to zero,resulting in excellent levelness.The fastness to rubbing,washing,and sunlight of crosslinked dyed fabrics were increased by 2-3 levels.The results showed that the physical properties of cotton fabrics were well maintained and the dyeing properties were effectively improved by cross linking dyeing.
