摘　　要：中小学校长是基础教育改革与发展的直接实践者,肩负着基础教育为党育人、为国家育才的重大责任。新形势下,要进一步发展中小学校长的领导力,最直接、最简单的方法就是接受必要的体验式案例教学培训,不断提高领导的境界,发挥好自身的职能和作用。The principals of primary and secondary school are the direct practitioners of basic education reform and development and shoulder the great responsibility of basic education for the party and the country.Under the new situation,the most direct and simplest way to further develop the leadership of primary and secondary school principals is to receive necessary experience-based case teaching training to constantly improve the state of leadership,exert their own functions and roles.
