摘 要:Notch信号通路为生物细胞重要的信息通路,在生物的进化过程起关键作用。近年来,肾脏病领域的研究证实Notch信号通路与糖尿病肾病有关,参与肾间质纤维化、肾小球硬化的发生。本文以理论探析为研究方法,以既往文献及报道为核心数据,旨在介绍Notch信号通路在糖尿病肾病的调控机制,为创新糖尿病肾病理论提供依据。The Notch signaling pathway is a biological cell information device that plays a key role in the life process of cells.In recent years,studies in the field of kidney disease have confirmed that the Notch signaling pathway is related to diabetic nephropathy and is involved in the occurrence of renal interstitial fibrosis and glomerular sclerosis.With theoretical analysis as the research method and previous literature and reports as the core data,this review aims to introduce the regulatory mechanism of Notch signaling pathway in diabetic nephropathy,and provide a basis for the innovating the theory of diabetic nephropathy.
