加工贸易转移如何影响承接地区企业利润率——基于时期差异视角

摘　　要：本文研究加工贸易转移政策(PTTP)如何影响承接地区加工贸易企业利润率。研究发现,PTTP显著提高了承接地区加工贸易企业的平均利润率。银行贷款支持和完善基础设施等优惠措施是PTTP在平均效应上提升加工贸易企业利润率的作用机制。长期来看,PTTP对承接地区加工贸易企业利润率的提升作用呈现先上升后下降的“∩”形特征,因为PTTP增强了加工贸易企业的市场进入,同时带来了集聚效应和竞争效应。集聚效应是导致“∩”形特征前半段的主要原因,但是该效应持续时间短暂。竞争效应是导致“∩”形特征后半段的主要原因,且影响效应持续时间较长。This paper studies how the processing trade transfer policy(PTTP)affects the profit margin of processing trade enterprises in the receiving regions.This paper finds that the PTTP significantly improves the average profit margin of the processing trade enterprises in the receiving regions.Preferential measures such as bank loan support and infrastructure improvement are the mechanism for PTTP to improve the profit margin of processing trade enterprises in terms of average effect.In the long run,PTTP"s role in improving the profit margin of processing trade enterprises in the receiving regions shows the inverted U-shaped pattern of first rising and then declining,because the PTTP enhances the market entry of processing trade enterprises,thus bringing about agglomeration effect and competitive effect.The agglomeration effect is the main reason for the rising feature,but the effect lasts for a short time.The competitive effect is the main reason for the declining feature,and the effect lasts for a long time.
