摘　　要：目的:分析上海市长宁区仙霞社区卫生服务中心ADR发生特点及规律,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:收集2019年至2021年该院上报至国家药品不良反应监测系统的不良反应报告共488例。采用回顾性分析方法对不良反应类型、患者情况、药品种类、给药途径、并用药品、累及器官/系统、临床表现及转归等进行研究。结果:不良反应报告以一般报告居多,主要发生人群为60岁以上老年人,女性患者发生率高于男性患者;涉及15类171种药品,由心血管系统用药及中成药导致的不良反应较多;口服给药是主要给药途径;出现例次较多的累及器官/系统类型是皮肤及附件损害和消化系统损害,严重不良反应为过敏性休克;多数不良反应在停药或对症治疗后痊愈或好转。结论:药品不良反应的发生与多种因素有关,该院应加强心血管系统用药及中成药的使用监管,以保障患者的用药安全。Objective:To analyze the occurrence characteristics and regularity of ADR in Xianxia Community Health Service Center of Changning District,Shanghai,and to provide reference for rational drug use in clinic.Methods:A total of 488 ADR cases reported to the national ADR monitoring system from 2019 to 2021 were collected.The types of adverse reactions,patients,types of drugs,routes of administration,drugs used,organs/systems involved,clinical manifestations and outcomes were studied by retrospective analysis.Results:Most of the ADR reports were general reports,mainly occurred in the elderly over 60 years old,and the incidence of female patients was higher than that of male patients.There were 171 kinds of drugs in 15 categories,and the adverse reactions caused by cardiovascular system drugs and Chinese patent drugs were more.Oral administration was the main route of administration.The most frequently involved organs/systems were skin and accessory damage and digestive system damage,and the serious adverse reactions were anaphylactic shock.Most adverse reactions were cured or improved after drug withdrawal or symptomatic treatment.Conclusion:The occurrence of adverse drug reactions is related to many factors.The hospital should strengthen the supervision of the use of cardiovascular system drugs and Chinese patent drugs,so as to ensure the drug safety of patients.
