真武汤对慢性心力衰竭患者RASS系统活性及血清NT-proBNP、ADH水平影响的研究

摘　　要：目的分析真武汤对慢性心力衰竭患者RASS系统活性及血清NT-proBNP、ADH水平的影响。方法选取江西中医药大学第二附属医院2020年1月至2021年11月收治的150例慢性心力衰竭患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为治疗组和对照组,每组75例患者。对照组行常规西药治疗,治疗组则在对照组基础上加用真武汤治疗。对比两组临床疗效与治疗前后肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统(RASS系统)活性(肾素、血管紧张素Ⅱ、醛固酮),脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP),血浆抗利尿激素(ADH)水平。结果两组治疗前RASS系统活性与血清NT-proBNP、ADH水平数据对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,治疗组临床总有效率高于对照组,且治疗后血清肾素、血管紧张素Ⅱ、醛固酮及血清NT-proBNP、ADH水平均低于对照组,组间对比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论真武汤利于降低慢性心力衰竭患者RASS系统活性及血清NT-proBNP、ADH水平,提高临床治疗效果。Objective To analyze the effect of zhenwu decoction on RASS system activity and serum NT-proBNP and ADH levels in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods A total of 150 patients with chronic heart failure who were admitted to The Second Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,from January 2020 to November 2021 were selected as experimental subjects,and divided into a treatment group and a control group by random number table method,and the single group was set as 75 cases of patients.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the treatment group was additionally treated with zhenwu decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and RASS system activity(serum renin,angiotensinⅡ,aldosterone),precursor brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)and plasma antidiuretic hormone(ADH)levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the RASS system activity and serum NT-proBNP and ADH levels before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).The total clinical effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the levels of serum renin,angiotensinⅡ,aldosterone,and serum NT-proBNP and ADH after treatment were lower than those in the control group,with significant differences between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhenwu decoction is beneficial to reduce the activity of RASS system and the levels of serum NT-proBNP and ADH in patients with chronic heart failure,and improve the clinical treatment effect.
