摘　　要：目的分析南昌大学第二附属医院药品不良反应(ADR)的发生特点及临床表现,为临床及时发现和控制药品安全风险提供依据。方法对南昌大学第二附属医院2021年1月至12月上报国家药品不良反应监测中心的900例ADR报告按照患者的性别和年龄、ADR累及的器官/系统及临床表现、发生ADR事件的转归情况、引起不良反应的药品种类等方面进行分析、统计。结果900例ADR的病例中50~59岁以及60~69岁这两个年龄段较多(46.44%);ADR以血液/淋巴系统的损害最为多见(28.46%);ADR的临床表现前三位是骨髓抑制(111例)、肝功能异常(100例)、皮疹(98例);发生不良反应例数最多的为抗肿瘤药物(41.15%)。结论50岁以上人群发生ADR事件概率高,尤其是在使用抗肿瘤药物时,临床医生应重点监测血液/淋巴系统。Objective To analyze the occurrence characteristics and clinical manifestations of adverse drug reaction(ADR)in The Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University,so as to provide basis for clinical timely discovery and control of drug safety risks.Methods The 900 ADR reports reported by The Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University to the National Center for ADR monitoring from January to December 2021 were analyzed and counted according to the gender and age of patients,the organs/systems and clinical manifestations involved in ADR,the outcomes of ADR events,and the types of drugs causing adverse reactions.Results Among 900 ADR cases,there were more patients aged 50-59 years and 60-69 years(46.44%);The damage of blood/lymphatic system was the most common in ADR(28.46%);the top three clinical manifestations of ADR are bone marrow suppression(111 cases),abnormal liver function(100 cases),and rash(98 cases);the most adverse reactions occurred in antitumor drugs(41.15%).Conclusion People over 50 years of age have a high probability of ADR events,especially when using antineoplastic drugs,and clinicians should focus on monitoring the blood/lymphatic system.
