中西医结合方案治疗小儿手足口病的效果探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨中西医结合方案治疗小儿手足口病的效果。方法540例小儿手足口病患儿,通过随机抽签法分为观察组与对照组,各270例。对照组患儿采用基础方案治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用中医中药方案治疗。比较两组症状消退时间、住院时间、疗效、家属满意度。结果观察组发热消退时间、皮疹消退时间、疱疹消退时间、住院时间分别为(1.82±0.36)、(2.63±0.51)、(5.49±0.36)、(4.12±0.27)d,均短于对照组的(3.21±0.51)、(3.83±1.24)、(6.51±0.52)、(5.87±0.25)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为91.48%,高于对照组的77.41%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组家属满意度为91.85%,高于对照组的74.44%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用中西医结合方案治疗小儿手足口病的疗效显著,可缩短患儿住院时间及症状消退时间,值得临床推广应用。Objective To discuss the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on children with hand-foot-mouth disease.Methods A total of 540 children with hand-foot-mouth disease were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 270 cases in each group.The control group was treated with basic regimen,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine regimen on the basis of control group.The symptom resolution time,hospital stay,efficacy and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The fever reduction time,rash resolution time,herpes resolution time and hospital stay in the observation group were(1.82±0.36),(2.63±0.51),(5.49±0.36)and(4.12±0.27)d,which were shorter than those of(3.21±0.51),(3.83±1.24),(6.51±0.52)and(5.87±0.25)d in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 91.48%,which was higher than that of 77.41%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The family satisfaction in the observation group was 91.85%,which was higher than that of 74.44%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine has a significant effect in the treatment of children with hand-foot-mouth disease,which can shorten the hospital stay and symptom resolution time,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
