摘  要:电缆地层测试作业时,由于电缆地层测试仪器静止时间长和自重大的特点,粘卡概率明显高于常规电缆测试,且粘卡类型多为压差吸附粘卡和电缆键槽粘卡。对压差吸附粘卡和电缆键槽粘卡机理进行了分析研究,认为影响压差吸附粘卡的因素主要有测井仪器或电缆与井壁的贴合面积、钻井液粘卡系数、仪器或电缆的静止时间以及过平衡压力;影响电缆键槽粘卡的主要因素包括岩石破裂强度、井斜及电缆地层测试仪器的质量。基于粘卡机理分析,提出了有效吸附压差概念和新的电缆键槽粘卡物理模型,并利用监督学习的方法改进了UNDERHILL提出的电缆地层测试半定量粘卡预测模型,建立了新的电缆地层测试粘卡概率定量预测模型,分析了不同井斜、狗腿度、钻井液体系等因素与粘卡概率的关系。将粘卡概率定量预测模型应用于南海西部电缆地层测试作业中,实际应用结果表明该模型有效降低了作业过程中粘卡及打捞井次。During the wireline formation test(WFT)operation,due to the long stationary time and heavy weight of the wireline formation test tool,the sticking probability is significantly higher than that of the conventional wireline test,and the sticking types are mostly differential pressure adsorption sticking and wireline key-seat sticking.In this paper,the mechanism of differential pressure adsorption sticking and wireline key-seat sticking is analyzed and studied.It is considered that the factors affecting differential pressure of adsorption sticking mainly include the bonding area between logging tool or cables and the well wall,the sticking coefficient of mud,the stationary time of the tools or cables,and the overbalance pressure.The main factors affecting the sticking of the wireline key-seat include fracture strenth of rock,well deviation and the weight of the wireline formation test tools.Based on the sticking mechanism analysis,the concept of effective differential pressure adsorption and a new wireline key-seat sticking physical model are proposed.This paper also uses the method of supervised learning to improve the semi-quantitative sticky probability predictive model of WFT which proposed by UNDERHILL,and establishes a new quantitative prediction model of sticking probability.Based on this model,the relationships between tool sticking/stuck probability and well deviations,dogleg degrees,mud systems,and other factors tool sticking/stuck probability are analyzed.The quantitative prediction model of sticking probability is applied to the wireline formation testing in the west of the South China Sea.The results show that the model effectively reduces the sticking and fishing rate.
