摘  要:随着主动配电网中分布式能源的大量接入,需求响应这一灵活可调度资源的价值越来越受到重视。基于价格型和激励型需求响应的响应特性,考虑需求响应的用户参与度,计及购电成本、网损成本、发电成本、储能成本以及需求响应成本,建立了以配电网日运行成本最小为目标函数的主动配电网调度模型。通过改进的粒子群算法对模型求解。修改后的IEEE 33节点配电系统算例验证了所提模型的有效性,证明了提高需求响应用户参与度在改善系统运行特性上的有利作用。With the massive access of distributed energy in active distribution network,the value of demand response as a flexible and schedulable resource has been paid more and more attention.Based on the response characteristics of price-type and incentive-type demand response,considering the user participation in demand response,taking into account the cost of power purchase,network loss cost,generation cost,energy storage cost and demand response cost,an active distribution network scheduling model with the minimum daily operation cost as the objective function is established.The model is solved by an improved particle swarm optimization algorithm.The modified IEEE 33 node distribution system example verifies the effectiveness of the proposed model,and proves that improving user participation in demand response can improve the operation characteristics of the system.
