摘　　要：针对二醋纤织物不易上染的问题,对二醋纤织物进行前处理,然后采用分散染料红AC-GFN、橙AC-3R、藏青AC-3R、金黄AC-RL进行染色,分析了上染曲线、染料提升力及还原清洗对色牢度的影响。结果表明,当前处理温度为80℃时,前处理效果最好,强力保留率最高。当染色温度为90℃,染液pH为4~5时,织物K/S值最大。红ACGFN、橙AC-3R和藏青AC-3R染料的上染速率接近,且均在90℃时达到染色平衡,配伍性较好,提升力曲线接近,可以用于拼色染色。二醋纤织物的耐汗渍、皂洗和水洗色牢度高于4级,具有良好的服用性能。Pretreatment of the diacetate fabric is carried out,and then dyed using Disperse Red AC-GFN,Or⁃ange AC-3R,Navy AC-3R and Golden yellow AC-RL.The effects of dyeing curve,dye building-up and reduc⁃tion clearing on color fastness are analyzed.The results show that when the pretreatment temperature is 80℃,the pretreatment effect is the best and the strength retention is the highest.When the dyeing tempera⁃ture is 90°C and the pH of the dyeing solution is 4-5,the K/S value of the fabric is the highest.The dyeing rates of Red AC-GFN,Orange AC-3R,and Navy AC-3R dyes are similar,and they all reach dyeing equilibrium at 90℃.The compatibility of dyes is good,and the building-up property is close,which can be used for combi⁃nation dyeing.The diacetate fabric has good wearability with color fastnesses to perspiration,soaping and washing exceeding Grade 4.
