低泡弹性织物除油剂M-1151C在精练除油中的应用

摘　　要：以十二烷基聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚(LEPO)为主要组分,复配了低泡弹性织物除油剂M-1151C。研究了LEPO用量对复配体系泡沫性能的影响,并将除油剂M-1151C用于涤纶针织布与涤锦针织布。结果表明,当M-1151C质量浓度为1 g/L,130℃处理30 min,织物除油效果和对分散染料的分散效果较优。用于涤纶除油染色同浴工艺时,可缩短工艺流程。With dodecyl polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether(LEPO)as the main component,low foaming degreasing agent M-1151C for elastic fabric is compounded.The effect of the amount of LEPO on the perfor⁃mance of the composite foam is studied.M-1151C is used on polyester knitted fabric and polyester nylon knit⁃ted fabric.The results show that when the mass concentration of M-1151C is 1 g/L and the fabric is treated at 130℃for 30 min,the oil removal effect and dispersion effect of the disperse dye are better.The process can be shortened when it is used in one-bath degreasing and dyeing process of polyester.
