摘　　要：采用免水洗分散大红SE-GS对涤纶磨毛织物进行深色印花,探讨了免水洗分散染料用量、焙烘条件,以及硅油种类和用量对印花织物耐摩擦色牢度、K/S值和手感的影响。结果表明:分散大红SE-GS质量分数为10%,黏度调节为10000 mPa·s,印制后以100℃烘干2 min,再以190℃焙烘发色4 min;然后浸轧质量分数为10%的PU黏合剂,并于150℃烘干30 s;最后,织物浸轧质量分数为1%的TF-4735A硅油,且织物的手感较好,耐摩擦色牢度可达到4~5级。The dark printing of sanded polyester fabric is carried out with washing-free Disperse Red SE-GS,and the effects of washing-free disperse dye dosage,baking conditions,and the type and dosage of silicone oil on the color fastness,K/S value and hand feel of printed fabrics are discussed.The results show that the mass fraction of Disperse Red SE-GS is 10%,and the viscosity is adjusted to 10000 mPa·s,drying at 100℃for 2 min,and then baking at 190℃for 4 min,then padding 10%of PU adhesive,and drying at 150℃for 30 s,finally,with 1%of TF-4735A silicone oil,the fabric has good hand feel,and color fastness to rubbing is Grade 4-5.
