摘  要:为解决横向ALC隔墙的安装技术,依次从设备(制作简易的起重设备)、材料(采用专用的砂浆及U型卡箍)、安装技术(开发出从上往下安装和从下往上安装的技术)出发去解决提升、安装与连接的问题。本技术在番禺区某教师宿舍楼等数个工程中得到了应用,应用实践表明:用简易提升设备提升墙体能够大大降低劳动力作业的强度,且不用搭设人工搬运墙体上去的支架,节约费用;用U型卡箍代替预埋件能够方便施工,且快速施工;专用的抗拉砂浆能够减少隔墙的裂缝;从下往上安装隔墙能够连续安装作业;从上往下安装能够进一步减少劳动力的强度,但是要增加辅助的回顶措施。In order to solve the installation technology of horizontalALC partition wall,the problems of lifting,installation and connection are solved from the aspects of equipment(making simple lifting equipment),materials(using special mortar and U-clamp),installation technology(and developing the technology of top-down installation and bottom-up installation).This technology has been applied in a teacher's dormitory building in Panyu District.The application practice shows that:using simple lifting equipment to lift the wall can greatly reduce the intensity of labor operation,and there is no need to set up the bracket to carry the wall manually,which saves the cost;Using U-type clamp instead of embedded parts can facilitate the construction and speed up the construction;The special tensile mortar can reduce the cracks of partition wall;The partition wall can be installed continuously from bottom to top;Installation from top to bottom can further reduce the labor intensity,but it is necessary to increase the auxiliary jacking measures.
