摘 要:大跨径预应力混凝土(Prestress Concrete,PC)梁桥的线形与应力状态会随着施工监控参数的变化而变化,参数的变化会影响桥梁的合龙精度与最终成桥状态的结构内力。为研究参数变异性对施工监控过程的影响,本文以一座大跨径连续刚构桥为背景,借助有限元软件分析主梁悬臂施工过程中材料容重、弹性模量、管道摩阻系数和预应力张拉力四个主要参数的变化对桥梁线形和关键截面应力的影响。结果表明:上述参数的变化主要影响结构跨中合龙段和边跨最大悬臂处的挠度,对桥墩附近节段挠度影响较小;不同参数的组合存在不同程度的耦合作用,施工监控过程中需对每个参数进行实地测试,修正有限元模型,方能更精确地指导施工。The shape and stress state of long-span PC girder bridge will change with the change of construction control parameters,which will affect the closure accuracy and the structural internal force of the final bridge.In order to study the sensitivity of construction control parameters,this paper takes a bridge as an engineering background and uses finite element simulation software,this paper analyzes the influence of material bulk density,elastic modulus and friction coefficient of prestressed pipe on the shape and stress of bridge structure during cantilever construction.The results show that the changes of the above parameters mainly affect the deflection of the closure section in the middle span and the maximum cantilever of the side span,and have little effect on the deflection of the section near the pier.In addition,the two parameter sensitivity factor analysis shows that the combination of different parameters has different degrees of coupling effect.For example,there is a certain degree of combination effect between elastic modulus and material bulk density,material bulk density and pipeline friction coefficient,but there is almost no combination effect between elastic modulus and friction coefficient;Multi factor sensitivity analysis showed that there was a certain degree of combination effect among the four parameters.
