摘　　要：通过古籍文献调研、中药现代研究进展及其研究成果的梳理,结合中医临床及中药学等学科领域内的专家学者的认识及应用经验,经讨论认为:黄柏功效主要为清热燥湿,泻火除蒸,解毒疗疮。症靶为足趾肿痛、湿热瘙痒、黄带、阴虚发热。标靶待进一步研究。现代药理发现,黄柏及其有效成分具有抗菌、抗炎、降糖、抗痛风、降低血压、抗肿瘤、增强免疫、抑制关节软骨细胞凋亡等作用。本品无毒,凡脾胃虚寒者忌服。临床使用剂量为3~45 g,内服时当根据不同疾病,或同一疾病的不同阶段进行辨证使用,并积极探索黄柏用量与症靶、标靶的量效关系构建。外用剂量为9~30 g。Based on the investigation of ancient books and literature,the progress and achievements of modern research on traditional Chinese medicine,and the understanding and application experience of experts and scholars in the field of clinical Chinese medicine and Chinese materia medica,it is believed that amur cork-tree has the following characteristics:Its effects are mainly clearing heat and eliminating dampness,clearing fire and hectic heat,detoxifying and curing sores.Its symptom targets are swellings and pains in the toes,pruritus due to damp-heat,yellow vaginal discharge and fever due to yin deficiency,while its biochemical indicator targets need further investigations.Modern pharmacology has found that amur cork-tree and its active ingredients have the antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,hypoglycemic,anti-gout,lowering blood pressure,anti-tumor,enhancing immunity,inhibiting joint chondrocytes apoptosis and other effects.It is non-toxic,while those with deficient cold of the spleen and stomach should not take it.Its clinical dosage is 3-45 g.When taken orally,it should be used according to different diseases,or different stages of the same disease,and the dose-effect relationship between the dosage of amur cork-tree and its symptom targets and biochemical indicator targets should be explored actively.Its topical dosage ranges from 9 g to 30 g.
