关于“态靶理论”在中医脾胃病泄泻的运用探讨

摘　　要：态靶辨治首创于内分泌代谢疾病的诊治,疗效显著。基于传统中医辨证论治理论及方法,结合态靶医学理论体系,运用“态靶辨治”将脾胃系疾病中泄泻分为湿壅态、虚损态、郁滞态,再进行选“态”、选“靶”。结合“辨病—辨证—辨态”的“病证结合”辨证诊治模式对泄泻的靶方靶药进行讨论,实现宏观调态与微观标靶相结合的“态靶结合”模式。以“态靶辨治”为核心,补充该理论在中医脾胃病中的诊治方法。Administering a treatment based on the syndrome differentiation of state and target is first used in the diagnosis and treatment of endocrine and metabolic diseases,which has achieved a significant curative effect.Based on the traditional Chinese medicine theory and method of administering a treatment in accordance with syndrome differentiation,combined with the theoretical system of the state-target medicine,this paper uses the"state target differentiation and treatment"to classify diarrhea in the spleen and stomach diseases into the dampness state,the deficiency state and the stagnation state,and then differentiates the specific"state"and"target".The study discusses the target prescriptions and target drugs for diarrhea based on the syndrome differentiation and the diagnosis model of"disease-syndrome combination",that is,"disease differentiation,syndrome differentiation and state differentiation",combining the macro state regulation with micro targets.Taking the"state-target differentiation and treatment"as its core,the study is expected to enrich and supplement this theory in the TCM treatment of the spleen and stomach diseases.
