摘  要:目的对历代本草类文献关于黄芩防治疫病的情况以及现代相关药理作用、预防诊治疫病的临床研究进行探讨,丰富临床应用中医药防治疫病思路。方法查阅历代及近代黄芩干预疫病的相关文献、药理实验及临床研究,进行总结分析。结果对于黄芩的论述最早见于《神农本草经》,许多古代的文献记载了黄芩干预疫病。黄芩具有抗炎、调节免疫、抗菌、抗病毒、保护肝脏及生殖系统等药理作用,临床疗效较好。结论黄芩本草文献学、药理学、临床研究以及近几年新冠病毒感染的临床实践,都表明了黄芩在防治新冠病毒感染方面具有突出贡献。Objective To explore the literature on baical skullcap root in the prevention and treatment of epidemic diseases through the ages and the modern clinical studies on its pharmacological eff ects and prevention and treatment of epidemics,and to enrich the clinical application of Chinese medicine in the epidemic prevention and treatment.Methods The related literature,pharmacological experiments and clinical studies of baical skullcap root in the past and modern times were reviewed and analyzed.Results The earliest discussion on baical skullcap root was found in the Shennong's Classic of Materia Medica,and many ancient documents recorded its interference effects for epidemic diseases,which had pharmacological effects such as anti-inflammation,immune regulation,anti-bacteria,antivirus,liver and reproductive system protection,with a good clinical efficacy.Conclusion The literature,pharmacology,clinical research and clinical practice of treating the novel coronavirus infection in recent years have shown that baical skullcap root plays an outstanding role in the prevention and treatment of the COVID-19 infection.
