摘 要:现有调速阀多采用连接压力补偿器的方法来控制输出流量,但普通压力补偿器由于受液动力的影响,补偿压差难以维持定值,导致调速阀流量控制特性较差,且流量阀本身由于非线性因素的影响也会导致其流量输出精度偏低。提出一种调速阀的电控非线性补偿方案,并以Valvistor阀作为研究对象,利用电机驱动滚珠丝杠的方法来对压力补偿器施加附加力,不仅可以实时补偿压力补偿器的液动力,而且还可以补偿流量阀的非线性因素,使得流量控制精度提高。分析电控补偿调速阀的工作原理,根据真实参数在SimulationX中建立调速阀的多学科仿真模型,分别对压力补偿器和Valvistor阀的补偿特性进行分析。结果表明:补偿后压力补偿器与流量阀的流量输出误差均在4 L/min以内,误差都不超过2%,表明该调速阀具有良好的流量控制特性。Existing speed control valves are mostly connected to a pressure compensator to control the output flow,but the common pressure compensator is influenced by hydrodynamic forces,the compensation pressure difference is difficult to maintain a constant value,resulting in poor flow control characteristics of the speed control valve.Due to the influence of non-linear factors,the flow output accuracy of flow valve is low.To solve this problem,an electronically controlled non-linear compensation scheme for speed control valves was proposed,and the Valvistor flow valve was used as the study object.A motor-driven ball screw was used to apply additional force to the pressure compensator,by which not only the hydraulic force of the pressure compensator was compensated in real time,but also the non-linear factors of the flow valve was compensated,making the flow control accuracy be improved.The working principle of the electronically controlled compensated governor valve was analyzed,then a multidisciplinary simulation model of the governor valve was established in SimulationX based on real parameters to analyze the compensation characteristics of the pressure compensator and the Valvistor flow valve respectively.The results show that after compensation,the flow output error values of both the pressure compensator and the flow valve are within 4 L/min,and the error does not exceed 2%,indicating that the speed control valve has good flow control characteristics.
