摘 要:针对电机转子温度实时在线监测的需求,采用不锈钢管封装聚酰亚胺涂覆的光纤光栅制作成转子温度传感器阵列。首先,研究了采样时间对传感器温度标定误差的影响,综合中心波长平均值的波动性和数据处理量,选择了用于标定的最优采样时间和中心波长平均值;然后,在30~180℃范围内开展了传感器的标定和测温精度试验。结果表明:各传感器的测温精度在±0.5~±1℃左右,温度分辨率为0.1℃,能够满足电机转子的温度预警要求;随着温度的升高,温度灵敏度从10 pm/℃增加到13 pm/℃,与理论计算值较为接近。To monitor the motor rotor′s temperature real-timely online,a sensor array was fabricated by encapsulating the polyimide coated Fiber Bragg Grating(FBG)in stainless steel tubes.Firstly,the influence of the sampling time on the temperature calibration error of the sensor was studied.Considering the volatility of the average of center wavelength and the volume of data processing,the optimal sampling time and the corresponding average of center wavelength for calibration were selected.Then,the sensor′s calibration and the accuracy test were carried out in the range of 30~180℃.The results show that the temperature measurement accuracy of each sensor is about±0.5~±1℃,and the temperature resolution is 0.1℃,which can meet the requirement of temperature fault warning of motor rotors.The temperature sensitivity increases with increasing temperature,and the value increases from 10 pm/℃to 13 pm/℃,which is close to the theoretical calculated value.
