摘　　要：茶叶是我国重要的特色农产品,地域特色和品质特征明显,溯源与鉴别检测技术对保护其产地和品质真实性具有重要意义。模式识别技术构建的茶叶产地溯源模型将为茶叶溯源工作提供技术保障,从而促进茶叶产业的健康发展,对我国茶叶产地保护具有积极的借鉴作用。Tea is the important characteristics of agricultural products with obvious regional feature and quality characteristics in our country.Traceability and Identification technique are very important for the protection of geographical origin and authenticityof tea.The origin traceability model of tea by model recognition technology will provide a technical support for tea traceability,promote the healthy development for tea industry,and give a hand to tea origin protection in china.
