摘 要:实验从生态环境监测角度出发,依据现有条件,采用纳氏试剂分光光度法、连续流动分光光度法、离子色谱法分别测定地表水中的氨氮含量,对方法精密度、准确度及加标回收率等指标进行对比分析。分析结果表明,3种分析方法均能满足实验室质量控制要求,测定结果无显著性差异。与纳氏试剂光度法相比,连续流动分光光度法和离子色谱法自动化程度高、操作简便、快速,所用试剂及样品量少,检测周期短,节省人力,可减轻分析中化学试剂对环境的污染,适宜于大批量水样中氨氮的检测分析。From the perspective of ecological environment monitoring,according to the existing conditions,the content of ammonia nitrogen in surface water was determined by Nessler's reagent spectrophotometry,continuous flow spectrophotometry and ion chromatography.The precision,accuracy and recovery rate of the methods were compared and analyzed.The analysis results show that the three analytical methods can meet the requirements of laboratory quality control,and there is no significant difference in the determination results.Compared with Nessler's reagent spectrophotometry,the continuous flow spectrophotometry and ion chromatography have the advantages of high automation,simple operation,fast operation,less reagents and samples,short detection cycle,saving manpower,reducing the environmental pollution caused by chemical reagents in the analysis,It is suitable for the detection and analysis of ammonia nitrogen in large quantities of water samples.
