摘　　要：文章通过构建两时期农户家庭决策模型,分析了农村人力资本投资影响农村金融福利效果的理论机制。理论模型显示,农村金融信贷资金对农户家庭福利的边际效应随着人力资本投资支出的增加而不断上升;理论分析结果表明,农户增加人力资本投资支出有助于提升农村金融信贷资金的福利效果。文章进一步探析了农村人力资本投资对农村金融支农效应的驱动机制,并基于陕西关中农村地区的微观调研数据,将农户技能培训作为农村人力资本投资的代理变量,以农户技能培训为调节变量,实证检验了农村人力资本投资对农村金融信贷资金的福利效果。研究发现,参与农业技能培训的农村人力资本投资安排对信贷资金的福利效果发挥了显著的正向影响,并通过调节效应图直观地呈现出了技能培训在农户家庭福利与农村信贷资金之间的调节作用,实证结果验证了理论模型的分析结论。文章揭示了农村人力资本投资与农村金融的内在关联机制,启示我们在乡村振兴实践中,应强化农村人力资本投资力度,充分发挥农村金融支农惠农的作用。The paper analyzes the theoretical mechanism of the effect of rural human capital investment on rural financial welfare by constructing a two-stage household decision-making model.The theoretical model shows that the marginal effect of rural financial credit funds on the welfare of peasant households is increasing with the rise of human capital investment expenditure.Results of theoretical analysis which indicate that the increasing human capital investment expenditure helps to improve the welfare effect of rural financial credit funds.The paper further analyzes the driving mechanism of rural human capital investment on rural financial support.Based on the micro survey data of rural areas in the central plain of Shaanxi Province,the farmer skill training is used as the agent variable of rural human capital investment,and the paper tests the welfare effect of rural human capital investment on rural financial credit funds with the farmer skill training used as the moderating variable.Study shows that the rural human capital investment arrangement participating in agricultural skills training plays a dramatically positive impact on the welfare of credit funds,and directly shows the adjustment effect of skills training between the welfare of peasant households and credit funds by virtue of the adjustment effect chart.The empirical results support the analytical conclusion of the theoretical model.The paper reveals the internal correlation mechanism of rural human capital investment and rural financial credit fund,and reveals the necessity and importance of strengthening the investment of rural human capital to give full play to the potential of rural finance to support agriculture and benefit farmers in the practice of rural revitalization.
