摘 要:根据某多轴组合机床动力滑台主要技术参数要求,对其液压系统组成回路及关键元件进行了设计、选型。应用AMESim建立回路仿真模型,通过仿真验证了所设计液压系统合理性和正确性,进一步通过采用增加节流阻尼的方法对系统进行了优化,降低了系统换向冲击,提高了系统的使用性能和寿命。为今后组合钻床液压系统的设计优化提供了理论参考。According to the main technical parameters of the power slide table of a multi-axis combination machine tool,the circuit and key components of the hydraulic system are designed and selected.The circuit simulation model is established by AMESim,and the rationality and correctness of the designed hydraulic system are verified by simulation.Furthermore,the system is optimized by increasing the throttle damping,which reduces the reversing impact of the system and improves the service performance and life of the system.It provides a theoretical reference for the design and optimization of the hydraulic system of the combined drilling machine in the future.
