摘　　要：湿法炼锌锌品质量提升改造过程中,重点叙述了选用一种新的生产方式即采用“母子炉”方式生产热镀锌合金,运用立式可倾倒有芯感应电炉生产合金,具有设备使用寿命长、维护成本低、作业环境好、节能环保等特点,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。In the process of improving the quality of zinc products in zinc hydrometallurgy process,a new production mode,that is,"mother and child furnace"is used to produce hot dip galvanized alloy.The vertical tilting cored induction furnace is used to produce alloy.It has the characteristics of long service life of equipment,low maintenance cost,good working environment,energy saving and environmental protection,and has obtained good economic and social benefits.
