摘  要:针对华北油田第三采油厂边远零散小断块的部分拉油点存在高产液、高含水、高拉运费用问题,在与原拉油罐的工艺共存的条件下,对现有的闲置拉油罐进行整体结构分析,根据实际生产需求,对进口配液、收油槽、溢流管等进行设计改造,并在此基础上安装电热棒,使其具备高液位浮油回收功能,保证装置在液量大和冬季低温时均能正常平稳运行,解决了冬季冻堵及低温造成浮油板结难题。对拉油注水站分离流程采用了高低罐的设计,利用液位差的原理,实现采出液自流,减少动能消耗。简易油水分离装置达到了采出液油水分离、采出水就地回注、分离油回收至系统的目的。边远小断块拉油点采出水实现了就地回注,大幅减少拉运费,节约了生产成本,具有广泛的推广价值和应用前景。Aiming at the problems of high liquid production,high water content,and high transportation costs in some of the oil pulling points in the remote and scattered small fault blocks of the No.3 Oil Production Plant in Huabei Oilfield,under the condition of coexisting with the process of the original pulling oil tank,the overall structure of the existing idle oil pulling tanks is analyzed.According to the actual production requirements,the inlet liquid distribution,oil receiving tank,and overflow pipe are designed and reformed.On this basis,an electric heating rod is installed to enable it to have a high liquid level floating oil recovery function,ensuring that the device can operate normally and smoothly during large liquid volumes and low temperatures in winter,solving the problem of freezing and blocking in winter and floating oil hardening caused by low temperatures.In the design of the separation process of the oil pulling and water injection station,the design of the high and low tanks is adopted,and the principle of liquid level difference is used to realize the self-flow of the produced fluid and reduce the kinetic energy consumption.The simple oil-water separation device achieves the purpose of oilwater separation of produced liquid,on-site re-injection of produced water,and recovery of separated oil to the system.The on-site re-injection of produced water at remote and small fault blocks oil pulling points is realized,which greatly reduces the pulling freight,saves the production cost,and has a wide range of promotion value,and application prospects.
