摘  要:多起伏天然气集输管路低洼处形成的积液会带来回压升高、冻堵等问题,地面涡流工具产生的螺旋流可以有效地清理局部积液。利用CFD数值计算的方法对涡流工具产生的螺旋流进行研究,分析不同螺旋角、气液工况对螺旋流产生及衰减的影响。研究结果表明:涡流工具螺旋角为65°时携液效果较好;同时结合工程临界携液气速理论,得到涡流工具的安装条件:表观气速≥3 m/s,表观液速≤0.05 m/s且表观气速低于工程临界携液气速。在东胜气田集输管线安装涡流工具进行了工程验证,试验结果表明,涡流工具减阻率达到了13.89%,即当气液工况符合涡流工具安装条件时,涡流工具可以起到携液降阻的效果。The accumulation of liquid in the low-lying area of undulating natural gas gathering and transportation pipeline causes problems such as back pressure rise,freezing blockage,etc.The spiral flow generated by vortex tools can effectively clean up the local liquid accumulation.The spiral flow generated by vortex tools is studied by CFD numerical calculation method,and the influence of different spiral angles and gas-liquid conditions on the generation and attenuation of spiral flow is analyzed.The results show that the liquid-carrying effect of vortex tools is better when the spiral angle is 65°.At the same time,combined with the theory of engineering critical liquid-carrying gas velocity,the installation conditions of vortex tools are obtained:the apparent gas velocity is greater than or equal to 3 m/s,the apparent liquid velocity is less than or equal to 0.05 m/s,and the apparent gas velocity is lower than the engineering critical liquid-carrying gas velocity.Vortex tools are installed in the gathering and transmission pipeline of Dongsheng Gas Field for engineering verification.The test results show that the drag reduction rate of vortex tools reaches 13.89%,that is,when the gas-liquid working condition meets the installation conditions of vortex tools,vortex tools can carry liquid and reduce resistance.
