摘  要:随着油田开发进入后期,早期建设的注水管网面临很多问题,已经无法满足现场实际生产需要,亟需对其进行优化改造。对注水管网分压临界值与增压方案进行研究:建立了分压改造能耗模型和成本模型,通过对两种分压模型进行对比讨论,并采用智能优化中的遗传算法分别进行计算分析,确定了最优分压临界值;而对于增压方案技术的研究,提出了单增压站和双增压站两种增压注水方案,并利用K均值聚类算法来自主确定增压站最优分布。结果表明:建立能耗和成本两种分压模型作为期标函数,通过遗传算法算得出分压临界值的计算方法,可为油田注水管网分压方案提供重要科学依据。通过实例分析可知,针对高压井的注水方案与利用聚类算法确定增压站分布的计算方法,对油田注水管网改造具有一定的借鉴意义,不仅提高了注水管网的注水效率,降低了总体能耗,而且具有一定的经济效益。As the oilfield development enters the later stage,the water injection pipeline network constructed in the early stage faces many problems,and can no longer meet the actual production needs of the field,thus,it is urgent to be optimized and transformed.The critical value of the partial pressure and pressurization scheme for the water injection pipe network are studied,and the energy consumption model and cost model for partial pressure transformation are established.The two models are com-pared and discussed,and the optimal partial pressure critical value is determined through the calculation and analysis of the genetic algorithm in intelligent optimization.For the study of pressurization scheme technology,two pressurization schemes of a single booster station and double booster stations are proposed,and the K-means clustering algorithm is used to determine the optimal distribution of booster stations.The results show that the partial pressure model of energy consumption and cost is established as the objective function,and the genetic algorithm is used to calculate the critical partial pressure value,which can provide an important scientific basis for the partial pressure scheme of the oilfield water injection pipe network.Through case analysis,it can be seen that the water injection scheme for high-pressure wells and the calculation method for determining the distribution of booster stations by clustering algorithm have certain reference significance for the transformation of the oilfield water injection pipeline network.It not only greatly improves the water injection efficiency of the water injection pipeline network,reduces the overall energy consumption,but also has certain economic benefits.
