摘 要:目的 比较胫骨骨折中新型环形外固定架不同穿针构型的力学性能差异,为进一步临床应用提供一定的理论基础。方法 通过有限元分析软件Abaqus对新型环形外固定架和固定装置-胫骨骨折模型系统进行仿真模拟,测量轴向载荷和扭转载荷时的骨折端相对位移和环形外固定架的应力分布,对不同构型的新型环形外固定架的生物力学性能进行评价。结果 有限元分析表明,在700 N的轴向力下,构型1发生轴向位移距离最大(2.22 mm),构型2次之(1.36 mm),构型3发生轴向位移距离最小(0.87 mm);在10 Nm的轴向扭矩作用下,构型1发生轴向扭转角最大(6.87°),构型2次之(5.01°),构型3发生轴向扭转角最小(4.33°)。结论 应用新型环形外固定架治疗伴有严重软组织损伤的胫骨骨折时,构型1仅可作为临时固定方式,构型2和构型3均可作为终末固定方式,其中构型3的力学性能最佳,不论是轴向压缩还是扭转,其应力与变形均较小。Objective To compare the mechanical properties of the new annular external fixator with different pinning configurations in tibial fractures,and to provide a theoretical basis for further clinical application.Methods The finite element analysis(FEA)software Abaqus was used to simulate the new annular external fixator and the fixation device-tibial fracture model system,and the relative displacement of the fracture end and the stress distribution of the annular external fixator were measured to evaluate the biomechanical properties of new annular external fixator with different configurations.Results FEA showed that configuration 1 has the largest axial displacement distance(2.22 mm),followed by configuration 2(1.36 mm),and configuration 3 has the smallest axial displacement distance(0.87 mm)under the axial force of 700 N.It showed that configuration 1 has the largest axial torsion angle(6.87°),followed by configuration 2(5.01°),and configuration 3 has the smallest axial torsion angle(4.33°)under the action of 10 Nm axial torque.Conclusion When the new annular external fixator is used to treat tibial fractures with severe soft tissue injury,configuration 1 can only be used as a temporary fixation method,both configuration 2 and configuration 3 can be used as a final fixation method.Among them,configuration 3 has the best mechanical properties.No matter in axial compression or torsion,the stress and deformation of configuration 3 are smallest.
