长江南京新济洲河段整治工程初期河势响应分析

摘  要:长江南京新济洲河段整治工程实施后改变了原有的河流边界,对局部河势造成一定影响,且经过2020年流域性大洪水后,需要从整治工程安全稳定性及河势变化方面研究河势响应性调整情况。基于整治工程方案及实施时间、新济洲汊道段河势演变分析、近期水情,并结合实测1∶2 000大比例监测成果,从平面变化、断面变化、冲淤分布、岸坡比变化等4个方面分析了该河段整治工程初期在不同量级洪水下的冲淤变化,对冲淤变化成因进行了探讨。结果表明:新济洲河段河道宏观河势处于冲淤交替态势,整治工程区左汊1、右汊1、右汊2在近期河势变化处于河床调整变化的正常范围之内,岸线及堤防近期仍处于相对安全的态势。研究成果可为工程管养及应急治理提供技术参考。The regulation projects of Nanjing Xinjizhou reach of Yangtze River had changed original river boundary and affected local river regime to a certain extent.After the regional flood in 2020,it is necessary to study the adjustment of river regime responsiveness in terms of the safety and stability of the regulation projects and the change of river regime.Based on the regulation engineering scheme and implementation time,the river regime evolution analysis of Xinjizhou branch section,recent flow situation,combined with measured 1∶2000 scale monitoring results,the erosion and deposition changes of Nanjing Xinjizhou reach of Yangtze River under floods of different magnitudes in early stage of the regulation projects were studied from the aspects of plane and section changes,distribution of erosion and deposition and riverbank slope change.The cause of erosion and deposition change was analyzed.The results showed that the macro river regime of Xinjizhou reach was in alternating state of erosion and deposition.The recent river regime changes of left branch 1,right branch 1 and right branch 2 in the regulation area were within the normal range of river bed adjustment;shoreline and embankments would remain relatively safe in the near future.The analysis results can provide technical reference for water administrative departments in project management and emergency management.
