摘 要:为更好发挥彭水水电站效益并保障机组安全稳定运行,在现有机组流道尺寸不变的前提下,利用理论分析、CFD数值模拟技术和水轮机模型试验等方法,分析了彭水水电站在汛期低水头下提高机组出力和部分负荷运行稳定性的可行性方案。结果表明:通过对水轮机转轮、活动导叶等关键过流部件进行优化改造,机组发额定出力对应的最小水头可以由原来的67 m优化到63 m,能够提高汛期机组发电调峰能力,并减少电站弃水;机组安全稳定运行的水头范围由原来的52.0~81.6 m优化为44.0~81.6 m,优化后的水头变幅H_(max)/H_(min)高达1.855,同时水轮机在全水头、45%~100%预想出力范围内均能稳定运行。In order to better play the benefits of Pengshui Hydropower Station and ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit,under the premise that the flow channel size of the existing unit was unchanged,the paper analyzed the feasibility of improving the Pengshui Hydropower Station unit output and stability of partial load operation under low head in flood season by using the comprehensive research method combining theoretical analysis,CFD numerical simulation technology and hydraulic turbine model test.The results showed that the minimum head corresponding to the rated output of the unit could be optimized from 67 m to 63 m by optimizing the critical overflow components such as turbine runner and movable guide vane,which could improve the peak load regulation capacity of the unit in flood season and reduce the discharging water of the hydropower station.The head range for safe and stable operation of the unit was optimized from 52.0~81.6 m to 44.0~81.6 m,and the optimized head amplitude H_(max)/H_(min) was as high as 1.855.At the same time,the turbine can operate stably in the range of full head and 45%~100%expected output.
