摘 要:为探明气象因子对冬虫夏草寄主蝙蝠蛾成虫繁殖的影响,2017—2021年5年间,统计并记录蝙蝠蛾的成虫羽化数量和产卵量,利用Paerson相关分析对不同气象因子与蝙蝠蛾羽化数量、产卵量的相关性进行研究;采用冗余分析进一步探讨环境因子变量组与蝙蝠蛾成虫羽化数量、产卵量之间的关系。结果表明:降水量与蝙蝠蛾成虫羽化数量及产卵量均呈极显著负相关(P<0.01),日照时数与蝙蝠蛾成虫羽化数量及产卵量均呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),最高气温与蝙蝠蛾成虫羽化数量呈显著正相关(P<0.05),最低气温、平均相对湿度与蝙蝠蛾成虫羽化数量均呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。综上,温度、降水量和日照时数是影响蝙蝠蛾成虫羽化数量和产卵量的主要气象因子。The effects of meteorological factors on the reproduction of adult Hepialus sp.,the host of Cordyceps sinensis are investigated by counting and recording the number of adult eclosion and egg yield of Hepialus sp.from 2017 to 2021.The correlation between various meteorological factors and adult eclosion and egg yield is analyzed using Paerson correlation analysis.The relationship between environmental factor variables and adult eclosion and egg yield is analyzed using redundancy analy-sis.The results show that there is a significantly negative correlation between precipitation and the number of adult Hepialus sp.eclosion and egg yield(P<0.01).The sunshine hour is extremely significantly positively correlated with the number of adult eclosion and egg yield(P<0.01).The highest temperature is significantly positively correlated with the number of adult Hepialus sp.eclosion(P<0.05),while the lowest temperature and average relative humidity are significantly negatively correlated with the number of adult Hepialus sp.eclosion(P<0.05).In summary,temperature,precipitation and sunshine hour are the main meteorological factors that affect the number of adult Hepialus sp.eclosion and egg yield.
