草原旅游业发展现状、问题与对策研究

摘　　要：甘南藏族自治州旅游资源十分丰富,被誉为中国的“小西藏”、甘肃的“后花园”。近年来,甘南州将旅游业确定为全州发展的首位产业和战略性支柱产业,把旅游业作为经济发展新的增长点、生态保护的重要支撑点、富民增收的主要着力点,着力打造“全域旅游无垃圾·九色甘南香巴拉”特色品牌,走出了一条具有时代特征、民族特色的全域旅游特色发展之路,创造了旅游人数和综合收入连续5年“井喷式”的增长奇迹。甘南州作为一块神奇且独具旅游优势的土地,在大力开发旅游资源的过程中也暴露出一些弊端,诸如旅游产业基础设施薄弱、旅游服务质量不高、宣传力度不足等。本文通过分析甘南州草地旅游业发展的现状,探寻草原旅游业发展的制约因素及其面临的问题,提出草原旅游业发展的对策建议,对推动甘南州草原旅游业高质量发展具有重要意义。Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture is rich in tourism resources,known as China's"Small Tibet"and Gansu's"Back Garden".In recent years,tourism has been identified as the first industry and strategic pillar industry in the development of Gannan Prefecture,taking tourism as a new growth point of economic development,an important support point of ecological protection,and the main focus of enriching people's income.It strives to build a characteristic brand of"all-region tourism without garbage,nine-color Gannan Xiangbala".The prefecture is following the road with global Trends and distinctive national features.And it creates the miracle of blow-out growth in the number of tourists and comprehensive income for five consecutive years.As a magical land with unique tourism advantages,Gannan prefecture also exposes some disadvantages in the process of vigorously developing tourism resources,such as weak infrastructure of the tourism industry,low quality of tourism service,insufficient publicity,and so on.This paper aims to explore the constraints and problems of grassland tourism development by analyzing the current situation of grassland tourism development in Gannan Prefecture.We put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the development of grassland tourism,which is of great significance to promote the high-quality development of grassland tourism in Gannan Prefecture.
