摘 要:离合器的可靠性直接影响综合传动装置的可靠性,应用故障树分析方法对离合器系统进行了故障分析,通过故障因果逻辑分析,逐层给出了导致离合器故障事件的直接原因.综合离合器故障发生的所有原因和原因组合,计算了发生故障的概率.最后,对故障产生的原因进行分析,从结构、工艺等方面提出了离合器系统可靠性提升方案,对提高履带车辆综合传动装置的可靠性和稳定性具有重要意义.The clutch reliability directly affects the reliability of the integrated transmission device.The fault tree analysis method is used to analyze the clutch system fault.Through the analysis of the causal fault logic,the direct causes of the clutch fault events are found.The probability of failure is calculated by synthesizing all the causes and the combinations of causes of the clutch failure.Finally,the causes of the failure are analyzed,and the reliability improvement scheme of the clutch is proposed from the aspects of structure and technology.The research is of great significance to improve the reliability and stability of the integrated transmission device of tracked vehicle.
