摘  要:为将简单、高效的超临界CO_(2)流体技术用于粘胶纤维基材的功能性加工,考察了超临界CO_(2)流体不同温度(80℃,100℃和120℃)对粘胶织物结构和性能的影响。结果发现,经流体不同温度处理后,扫描电子显微镜显示粘胶纤维表面形态并未产生变化;傅里叶变换红外光谱显示粘胶纤维分子链之间氢键作用强度有一定下降,流体对粘胶纤维起到了增塑膨化作用,但并未改变其化学结构;X射线衍射图谱显示粘胶纤维结晶度由处理前的36.57%分别下降至34.5%,30.78%和26.41%,随着温度升高,流体对粘胶纤维结晶区的破坏更加显著;热重差热综合分析显示粘胶纤维热降解性能并未下降;力学性能测试显示粘胶织物拉伸断裂性能仍保持不变。In order to fabricate functional viscose substrate by simple and high-efficiency supercritical CO_(2) fluid technology,the effects of different temperatures(80℃,100℃,120℃)of supercritical CO_(2) fluid on the structure and properties of viscose fabrics were investigated.The SEM results indicate that the surface morphologies of viscose fibers do not change after being treated by fluid at different temperatures.FT-IR spectra show that the strength of hydrogen bonds between the molecular chains of viscose fibers decreases to a certain extent.The fluid has a plasticizing and expanding effect on the viscose fibers,but does not change its chemical structure.XRD patterns show that the crystallinity of viscose fibers decreases from 36.57%to 34.5%,30.78%,and 26.41%,respectively.With increasing temperature,the damage of fluid to the viscose fiber crystallization zones is more significant.TG/DTG results show that the thermal degradation performance of viscose fiber does not decrease.INSTRON results show that the tensile fracture properties of viscose fabric remain unchanged.
