摘 要:为改善多壁碳纳米管(MWCNT)与聚氨酯(PU)海绵基底的结合强度,提高压阻式压力传感器的稳定性,以壳聚糖(CS)为粘合剂,根据多壁碳纳米管与壳聚糖电性相反的原理,利用静电吸附作用使多壁碳纳米管更为紧密地吸附在聚氨酯骨架上,从而制备传感活性部件MWCNT/CS/PU海绵三维复合材料。对传感器表面形貌、灵敏度、响应时间及稳定性等进行了研究,探究MWCNT/CS/PU海绵的传感性能,讨论了柔性压阻传感器的应用前景。实验结果表明,与MWCNT/PU海绵相比,基于CS修饰的MWCNT/PU海绵表面导电层更均匀,该导电填料对基底结合牢固,所制备传感器件具有较高灵敏度,经过50个压缩循环之后稳定性良好,为人体运动监测提供一种新的方案。In order to improve the bonding strength between multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNT)and polyurethane(PU)sponge substrate and improve the stability of piezoresistive pressure sensors,chitosan(CS)was used as a binder.Due to the opposite electrical properties of multi-walled carbon nanotubes and chitosan,the electrostatic adsorption was used to make multi-walled carbon nanotubes more closely adsorbed on the polyurethane skeleton,so as to prepare 3-dimensional composite material of MWCNT/CS/PU sponge.The surface morphology,sensitivity,response time and stability of the sensor were studied.The sensing performance of MWCNT/CS/PU sponge was explored,and the application prospect of flexible piezoresistive sensor was discussed.The experimental results show that compared with MWCNT/PU sponge,the conductive layer on the surface of MWCNT/CS/PU sponge is more uniform,and the conductive filler is firmly bonded to the substrate.The prepared sensor has high sensitivity and good stability after 50 compression cycles,which provides a new solution for human motion monitoring.
