摘 要:通过检测SF 6分解物可发现GIS设备故障,但设备内部分解物扩散效应会影响检测的故障特征组分气体含量,从而导致判断设备故障存在不足,因此文中针对典型SF 6分解物SO_(2)在GIS设备内部的扩散效应和影响因素进行研究。文中基于CFD技术,仿真模拟SO_(2)在设备内部的扩散效应,在压力为0.4 MPa条件下,研究了10种初始浓度对SO_(2)扩散的影响,拟合得到了初始浓度与扩散均匀时浓度的函数关系式,为判断故障的严重性提供理论依据。保持初始浓度不变,在压力分别为0.4 MPa、0.5 MPa、0.6 MPa、0.7 MPa和0.8 MPa的条件下,得到SO_(2)扩散达到均匀的时间分别为3940 s、3850 s、3740 s、3630 s和3550 s,结果表明SF 6气体的压力环境对SO_(2)扩散有一定的影响,压力越大,SO_(2)扩散均匀所需要的时间越短。文中综合讨论了压力和初始浓度共同作用对SO_(2)扩散的影响,为在线监测技术设定监测周期提供了理论依据。GIS equipment faults can be found by detecting SF 6 decomposition materials.However,due to the diffusion effect of decomposition materials inside the equipment,the gas content of detected fault characteristic components will be affected,resulting in insufficient equipment fault judgment.Therefore,the diffusion effect and influencing factors of typical SF 6 decomposition SO_(2) in GIS equipment are investigated in this study.Based on CFD technology,this study simulates the diffusion effect of SO_(2) inside the equipment.Under the condition of 0.4 Mpa,the influence of 10 initial concentrations on the diffusion of SO_(2) is detected,and the function relation between the initial concentration and the concentration when the diffusion is uniform is obtained by fitting,which provides theoretical basis for judging the severity of the fault.Under the conditions of 0.4 MPa,0.5 MPa,0.6 MPa,0.7 MPa and 0.8 Mpa,the time for SO_(2) diffusion to reach uniform is 3940 s,3850 s,3740 s,3630 s and 3550 s,respectively.These results show that the pressure environment of SF 6 gas has a certain influence on SO_(2) diffusion,that is,the higher the pressure,the shorter the time required for the uniform diffusion of SO_(2).This study comprehensively discusses the influence of the combined action of pressure and initial concentration on SO_(2) diffusion,which provides a theoretical basis for setting the monitoring period of on-line monitoring technology.
