患者血液管理在新型冠状肺炎期间的应用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨患者血液管理在血液资源短缺时期患者中的应用价值。方法选取需要输血的患者130例,分为红细胞开放组(45例)和红细胞限制组(45例),血小板开放组(20例)和血小板限制组(20例),分别给予开放性输血和限制性输血,统计两组的用血量,同时分析两组的临床预后。结果红细胞开放组的用血量为(4.93±3.92)U,高于红细胞限制组(1.51±1.54)U,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血小板开放组的用血量为(4.10±2.36)治疗量,高于血小板限制组(0.60±0.94)治疗量,异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。开放性输血组和限制性输血组的用血阈值与临床预后无关,差异无统计学意义。结论患者血液管理在血液资源短缺时期有积极的作用。Objective To explore the value of patient blood manageme ntin anemia patients during the period of Portage of blood resources Methods 130 patients who needed blood tranfusion were divided into red blood cell open group(45 cases),red blood cell restricted group(45 cases),platelet open group(20 casses)and platelet restricted graup(20 cases),the clinical pragnoas of the two groups was analyzed.Results The quantity of blood used in the red blood cell open group was(4.93±3.92)U.which was higher than that in thened blood cell restricted group(1.51±1.54)U,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.06).The quantity of blood used in the platelet open group was(4.10±2.36)therapeutic dose,which was higher than that in the platelet restricted group(0.60±0.94)therapeutic doae,the difference was statistically agnificant(P<0.05).There was no agniflcant difference in the blood threshold between open transfusion group and restricted transfusion group Conclusion The patient blood management playsan active role in the period of blood reaaurce shortage.
