摘　　要：目的了解西藏拉萨地区部分血糖正常藏族成年人群HOMA-IR分布情况及其影响因素,为早期预防高原地区人群糖尿病提供科学方案,并为未来进一步制定慢病防控方案提供依据。方法招募选取血糖正常的成年藏族人群进行体格检查、问卷调查,并检测空腹血糖(FPG)、服糖后2小时血糖(OGTT2h)、胰岛素(FINS)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、瘦素(LEP)等生化指标。依据其测定的HOMA-IR指数水平的第35百分位数及第65百分位数进行分组。结果入组1259例,年龄18~88岁,平均年龄(38.51±15.13)岁,其中男性386例(30.66%),女性873例(69.34%)。多元线性回归分析结果提示HOMA-IR指数与WC及瘦素呈正相关。结论在血糖正常的西藏拉萨地区藏族成年人群中,中心型肥胖及高瘦素水平者发生胰岛素抵抗的危险性更大。Objective To understand the distribution of HOMA-IR in Tibetan adultswith nomal blood glucose in Lhasa,Tibetand its influending factors so as t provide ascientifc plan for the early prevention of diabetesin plateau population,and provide a basisfor the further development of the diagnostic cut off value of HOMA index in this population Iin the future.Methods R earultment selected adult Tibetan population wth normal blood gluoose for physical examination,questionnaire survey,and detect fasing blood glucose(FPG).2 hours after sugar blood guoose(OGTT 2h),insulin(FINS),triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low-densty lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high-densty lipoprotein dholesterol(HDL-C).leptin(LEP)and other biochemical indicators Groupswere grouped acording to the 35th and 65th percentile of the HOMA-IR index lelFast.blood gucose(FPG),blood glucose 2h anfter taking sugar(OGTT 2h),insulin(FIN S),triglyceride(TG).tal cholesterol(TC),low densty lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C).high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),leptin(LEP)and other biochemlcal Indicatorswere detected.The groupswere grouped acoordIing to the 35th and 65th perocentles of HOMA-IR index.Resul ts E rolled patience ranging in age from 18 to 88yearsold,with an average age of(38.51±15.13)yearsold,induding 386 males(30.66%)and 873 females(69.34%).The results of multple linear regeson analyss showed that HOMA-IR Index was postvely correlated with WC and leptin.Conclus ion In T lbetan adultswith normal blood.
