摘　　要：如何顺应制造业与服务业融合发展契机,通过知识型服务寻求效益新突破,是新时期国内制造业转型升级中的重要议题,但现有研究却鲜有考察其微观经济后果及作用机制。基于制造业主板上市公司的实证研究结果显示,知识型服务战略显著促进了制造企业多期财务及市场业绩提升,其通过改变知识要素结构和强化创新投入双向路径提高制造企业业绩。产权性质及地区市场对知识型服务战略与制造企业业绩关系有正向调节作用,且这种调节作用在民营性质、东部地区制造企业组更为显著。本文拓展了服务化战略经济后果研究,也为我国制造业探索现代制造与知识型服务业融合发展提供了微观经验证据。How to adapt to the opportunity of integrated development of manufacturing and service industries and seek new breakthroughs in benefits through knowledge-based services is an important issue in the transformation and upgrading of domestic manufacturing industry in the new era.However,there are few studies on its microeconomic consequences and mechanism.The empirical results of listed companies on the main board of manufacturing industry show that the knowledgebased service strategy significantly promotes the multi-period financial and market performance of manufacturing enterprises,which optimizes the company’s performance by changing the structure of knowledge elements and strengthening innovation investment.The nature of property rights and regional market have a positive regulatory effect on the relationship between intellectual service strategy and manufacturing enterprise performance,and this regulatory effect is more significant in the private nature and eastern manufacturing enterprise group.This paper expands the research on the economic consequences of service-oriented strategy,and also provides micro empirical evidence for China’s manufacturing industry to explore the integrated development of modern manufacturing and knowledge-based service industry.
