摘　　要：产业创新成果转化是创新驱动发展取得实质效果的关键之一。以创新型省份建设试点为准自然实验,本文采用多期双重差分法实证分析了创新型省份建设对产业创新成果转化的作用,并利用中介效应模型研究了创新型省份建设影响产业创新成果转化的机制。结果表明,创新型省份建设导致工业新产品销售收入与工业主营业务收入之比提高了0.028,即创新型省份建设显著促进了产业创新成果转化。此外,创新意愿、新产品开发投入、创新能力和高层次人才集聚在创新型省份建设对产业创新成果转化的影响中具有中介效应作用,其中,创新意愿发挥了完全中介效应作用,而新产品开发投入、创新能力和高层次人才集聚发挥了部分中介效应作用。这意味着,可以总结试点省份的相关政策经验,并在非试点省份进行推广应用,以创新型省份建设纵深推进创新驱动发展。The transformation of industrial innovation achievements is one of the keys for innovation driven development to achieve substantive results.Taking the pilot of innovative province construction as a quasi-natural experiment,this paper empirically analyzes the role of innovative province construction on the transformation of industrial innovation achievements by using multi-stage difference-in-differences method,and studies the mechanism of innovative province construction affecting the transformation of industrial innovation achievements by using mediating model.The result shows that the construction of innovative provinces leads to an increase of 0.028 in the ratio of sales revenue of new product to industrial main business revenue,that is,the construction of innovative provinces significantly promotes the transformation of industrial innovation achievements.In addition,innovation willingness,investment in new product development,innovation ability and high-level talent agglomeration play a mediating role in the impact of the construction of innovative provinces on the transformation of industrial innovation achievements;among them,innovation willingness plays a complete mediating effect,while new product development investment,innovation ability and high-level talent agglomeration play a partial mediating effect.This means that we can summarize the policy experience of pilot provinces,apply it in non-pilot provinces,and deeply promote innovation driven development with the construction of innovative provinces.
