摘 要:为探究指数施肥方式下,不同施氮量对榉树容器幼苗根系形态生长的影响,以榉树当年播种容器幼苗为试验材料,设置不施肥处理(CK)和4个不同浓度指数施肥处理(施氮总量分别为1000、1500、2000、4000mg·株^(-1)),共5个处理方式。施肥结束后,测定并分析各处理方式榉树根系形态生长指标(长、表面积、体积、生物量和比根长)数据。结果表明:指数施肥后的榉树容器幼苗根系形态生长指标较CK有一定程度的提升。根长与比根长随施氮量的增加而减小,以施氮总量为1000mg·株^(-1)处理最大,分别为(409.43±75.83)cm和(65.91±17.20)cm·g^(-1),分别为对照组CK的1.83和1.13倍。根表面积和根体积随施氮量的增加先增后减,以施氮总量为1500mg·株^(-1)处理最大,分别为(320.07±10.88)cm^(2)和(38.80±7.22)cm^(3),分别为对照组CK的1.59和3.91倍。施氮总量1000~1500mg·株^(-1)最有利于榉树容器幼苗根系形态生长。In order to explore the effect of different nitrogen application rates on the root morphology and growth of beech container seedlings under the index fertilization mode,the container seedlings sown in the same year of beech tree were used as the experimental materials,and the non-fertilization treatment(CK)and four different concentration index fertilization treatments(the total nitrogen application amount was 1000,1500,2000,and 4000mg:plant-')were set up,a total of five treatments.After fertilization,the morphological growth index(length,surface area,volume,biomass and specific root length)data of beech root were measured and analyzed.The results showed that the root morphological growth index of beech container seedlings after exponential fertilization was higher than that of CK.The root length and specific root length decreased with the increase of nitrogen application rate.The treatment with total nitrogen application rate of 1000mg·plant^(-1) was the largest,which was(409.43±75.83)cm and(65.91±17.20)cm·g^(-1),respectively,which were 1.83 and 1.13 times of CK in the control group.The root surface area and root volume first increased and then decreased with the increase of nitrogen application rate.The treatment with total nitrogen application rate of 1500mg·plant^(-1) was the largest,which was(320.07±10.88)cm^(2) and(38.80±7.22)cm^(2),respectively,which were 1.59 and 3.91 times of CK in the control group.The total amount of nitrogen applied is 1000~1500mg·plant^(-1),which is most beneficial to the root morphological growth of beech container seedlings.
