数字全球价值链参与对经济韧性的增强效应研究

摘　　要：数字全球价值链作为数字技术在全球价值链中的深度应用,既是数字贸易概念在全球价值链上的延伸,也是国际分工对象与国际分工方式数字化的重要表现,为经济韧性增强注入新动能。为揭示数字全球价值链参与对经济韧性的影响机理,先从理论层面展开系统论述,然后采用2011—2020年190个国家与经济体数据进行实证检验。结果显示:(1)数字全球价值链参与可直接促进经济韧性增强,也能通过提高创新要素配置效率、数字经济发展水平、金融集聚水平、创新能力间接促进经济韧性增强。(2)进一步分析发现,在数字技术与人力资本水平较高的国家或地区,数字全球价值链参与促进经济韧性增强的作用更显著。据此,提出积极布局数字全球价值链、加快数字基础设施建设、增加高质量人力资本供给的政策建议。As the deep application of digital technology in the global value chain(GVC),digital GVC is not only an extension of the concept of digital trade in the GVC,but also an important manifestation of the digitalization of the objects and methods of international division of labor,which can inject new momentum into the enhancement of economic resilience.In order to reveal the impact mechanism of the participation of digital GVC on economic resilience,we first systematically discuss it from the theoretical level,and then use the data of 190 countries and economies from 2011 to 2020 to conduct empirical tests.The results show that:(1)Participation in the digital GVC can not only directly promote the enhancement of economic resilience,but also indirectly promote the enhancement of economic resilience by improving the allocation efficiency of innovation factors,the development level of the digital economy,the level of financial agglomeration and innovation capability.(2)Further analysis finds that in countries and economies with high levels of digital technology and human capital,the role of digital GVC participation in promoting economic resilience is more significant.Therefore,it is suggested to actively layout the digital CVC,accelerate the construction of digital infrastructure,and increase the supply of high-quality human capital.
