摘　　要：智能时代已经到来,人类社会的产业形态、生产方式、组织机制与工作环境等发生着巨大变革,新经济、新业态、新场景层出不穷,商业模式和运作体系不断发生着裂变和革新。财经领域人力资源在智能素养、人机协同、创造性学习能力等方面具有新需求,高等财经教育发展从教育目标、能力要求、教学改革等方面对财经人才培养提出新要求。为此,高等财经教育必须积极识变、主动应变、科学求变,准确把握智能时代高等财经教育人才培养在知识体系、课程教学、教学场景、参与主体等方面的改革走向,通过遵循财经人才培养的新理念、构建深度交叉融合的新机制、营造学生成长成才的新场域、引入智能教学方式的新元素、发挥数据质量监控的新优势等推进路径,进行一场立体化、综合化、全局性的“新财经”人才培养改革,为中国式现代化的高质量财经人才培养作出积极贡献。The age of intelligence has arrived,and the industrial form,production mode,organization mechanism and working environment of human society are undergoing significant changes.New economies,new business modes and new scenarios are emerging,and business models and operating systems are constantly undergoing fission and innovation.As a result,human resources in the field of finance and economics have new demands in terms of intelligent literacy,human-computer collaboration and creative learning ability,and the development of higher education in finance and economics has put forward new requirements for the cultivation of financial talents in terms of educational objectives,competence requirements and teaching reforms.In this regard,higher financial education must actively recognize changes,actively adapt and scientifically seek changes,and accurately grasp the reform direction of higher financial education talent cultivation in terms of knowledge system,curriculum teaching,teaching scenarios and participating subjects in the age of intelligence.By implementing a new paradigm for the cultivation of finance and economics talents,building a new mechanism for in-depth cross-fertilization,creating a new field for students'growth and mastery,introducing new elements of intelligent teaching methods,and giving full play to the unique advantages of data quality monitoring,the university will carry out a three-dimensional,comprehensive and global reform of the cultivation of"new finance and economics"talents and make positive contributions to the cultivation of high-quality finance and economics talents in the Chinese modernization.
